•Design, lead, and execute qualitative and quantitative analyses to answer business questions such as speaker program attendee analysis and risk trend identification.
•Translate data observations into insights and recommendations that shape how commercial teams engage with HCPs and support leadership decisions.
•Develop, maintain, and update Smartsheets to support compliant processes and controls aligned to policy.
•Respond to ad hoc insight requests with accurate, succinct, well-contextualized data narratives for internal and external stakeholders.
•Serve as SME for cross-system and cross-vendor data integration initiatives, and partner to develop dashboards, reporting, and process enhancements.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 134,708 - 176,804.25 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Data Science, Business, or Marketing.
•At least 5 years of experience in advanced analytics and reporting, ideally within pharma/biotech.
•Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet and Excel.
•Expertise in data manipulation, harmonization, and integration for analytics.
•Experience creating user-centric dashboard designs and strong requirements-gathering and stakeholder-management capabilities.
