Job Summary

Leading and coaching a bargaining unit team in a high‑volume aerospace manufacturing environment. You’ll direct CSMC operations, drive safety, quality, and cost improvements, manage daily supervision and attendance, and coordinate project work with support groups. Responsibilities include scheduling, team development, and sustaining continuous improvement aligned with Roadmap and Core/Production systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Providing direction to skilled CSMC bargaining unit employees
•Leading employee engagement and continuous improvement efforts
•Lead sustained improvements in safety, quality, production, material procurement, and cost reduction through the system’s various elements
•Perform daily supervisor responsibilities, project management, effective communication, and execution with support group members including management of hourly employee attendance and approval of timecards
•Establish work schedules considering customer requirements, resource availability and other priorities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,800 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Engineering or Business with 5 years experience, specialized knowledge or technical/operational practices and/or shop environment experience; or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience
