Provide an industry-leading client service experience in-branch and by phone while building and expanding new and existing client relationships. Use consultative conversations to identify needs, offer deposit, credit, convenience, and retirement solutions, and refer more complex goals to internal specialists. Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed, meet client service and sales targets, and follow compliance, operational controls, and risk management policies.
