Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build how customers use Alex, translating described hiring processes into workflows that run and update actions back in their ATS.
  • •Build and maintain integrations across applicant tracking systems, unified APIs, and connected workflow systems like assessment providers and identity verification.
  • •Run the technical side of onboarding: connection/permissions scopes, job import, field mapping, workflow build, test interviews, and go-live sequencing.
  • •Own deployments in production by diagnosing root cause issues for customers and candidates and building monitoring to catch problems early.
  • •Serve as the technical voice of the customer by identifying product gaps across accounts and creating evidence for product engineering action.

Salary: USD 100,000 - 180,000 annually

  • •Real engineering ability: you read code, write code, and ship changes.
  • •Comfort working inside someone else’s system with incomplete documentation, including discovering what third-party APIs actually do.
