Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the first point of engagement for guests and act as a Lucid ambassador.
•Welcome guests, demonstrate excitement about Lucid products, and gauge needs through personalized interactions.
•Maintain and build a robust customer pipeline and use Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions.
•Conduct test drives and articulate key product benefits to ensure an exceptional driving experience.
•Keep studio assets presentable and consistent with the Lucid brand, monitor for daily pain points, and support ad hoc studio operations and local marketing events.

Key Requirements

•Completed, or working towards, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

•Conscientious, responsible, and reliable behavior.
•Flexible availability, including extended holiday mall hours, weekends, and holidays; must have a valid driver’s license with required history and training completion.
