Key Responsibilities

•Define and drive the enterprise product strategy and roadmap to win and retain large, complex customers.
•Ship end-to-end AI agent workflows and data surfaces that scale across business units, including enrichment, prioritization, and signal-to-action.
•Manage a subset of enterprise customer relationships and translate learnings into company-wide product bets.
•Collaborate with engineering and design to simplify complex capabilities and ensure admin controls are usable by non-technical RevOps leads and CROs.
•Lead pricing, packaging, enablement, and feedback loops with Sales and CS to turn features into revenue.

•First-principles approach to GTM in an AI-agent world, with systems thinking across data/identity/downstream agents
•Ability to own customer relationships end-to-end, from discovery to specs and collaboration with cross-functional teams
