Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain inventory by exchanging broken tools, requisitioning supplies, checking items for discrepancies, and ensuring serviceability and expiration dates.
  • •Count physical inventory, monitor minimums and maximums, and stock/retrieve items according to storage and safety regulations.
  • •Receive, prepare, and ship parts and materials, including reading and following FAA/OSHA and packaging instructions for dangerous goods.
  • •Operate inventory and storage equipment, including loading/unloading, packing/unpacking, and handling motor vehicles and forklift operations.
  • •Complete and maintain records and required paperwork, report shortages and discrepancies, and coordinate with Inventory Records and management during audits.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED; ability to read, write, and speak English fluently enough to understand procedures and complete required documentation.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to use basic computer skills.
  • •Either 2 years of college (equivalent) or a trade/technical school certificate, or 12+ months of acceptable warehouse/supply experience involving receiving, shipping, and binning by parts and serial number.
  • •Successful completion of required qualifying tests, including hazardous material handling, and ability to meet unescorted access requirements (FAA criminal background checks) for SIDA access.
  • •Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays, and be willing to work outdoors in any weather and handle operational needs.
