Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, originate, and cultivate relationships with C&I energy buyers and leverage existing relationships to introduce Hanwha Energy’s offerings.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams through contract negotiations and execution, developing solutions to commercially and technically complex challenges.
  • •Develop and structure commercial frameworks that go beyond traditional PPA structures to address speed to power, resource diversity, decarbonization, and cost optimization.
  • •Prepare investment memoranda and supporting material for senior management.
  • •Monitor market developments and influence changes in interconnection, tariffs, market products and other relevant matters; engage in industry groups to identify opportunities and risks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in power marketing, origination, or procuring energy on behalf of corporate energy buyers.
  • •Deep and actionable network of relationships with C&I buyers and in at least one target region.
  • •Direct transaction experience in ERCOT, PJM, or CAISO, across a variety of deal structures.
  • •Expert-level knowledge of offtake structuring instruments including VPPAs, financial hedges, tolling agreements, and emerging structures.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, sustainability, finance, or related field.
