Support the Residential Trade customer group by partnering with sales associates to identify the right products and solutions. Provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders to ensure personalized customer service, coordinate customer deliveries, and handle incoming sales calls to resolve questions and concerns. Use a customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively while learning product knowledge and processes.
