Job Summary

Build and evolve ByteDance’s Global Payment platform, covering payment acquisition, disbursement, monitoring, FX conversion, accounting, and reconciliations. Guide architecture design and business requirements, optimize R&D systems and processes, and identify performance and stability bottlenecks in large-scale distributed systems. Key Responsibilities

•Participate in and guide architecture design and business requirements for Global Payment development.
•Work on Global Payment R&D system optimization and optimize R&D process specifications.
•Analyze existing system shortcomings, identify bottlenecks, and improve performance and stability.
•Iterate on systems with deep analysis to improve teamwork efficiency and development quality.
•Promote cross-team key projects through strong coordination, communication, and project management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent working experience.
•Proven architecture design experience, including translating business operations into sound architecture solutions.
•Experience designing and developing massive data and large-scale distributed systems.
•Strong understanding of computer architectures, data structures, and algorithms, applicable to practical work.
•Excellent programming, debugging, and optimization skills in at least one of: Java, Python, Golang, C++, or PHP.
