Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or PhD in science, engineering, business administration, or economics.
  • •5+ years of professional experience in Management Consulting (preferred) and/or Corporate Development, with M&A experience.
  • •M&A experience and digital capabilities, in particular AI, considered a plus.
  • •Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, primarily within Europe.
  • •Strong financial reporting understanding and business judgment (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
