Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Institutional Portfolio Group relationship managers to optimize relationship value and deliver needs-based solutions.
  • •Provide ad-hoc support to Institutional Client Group relationship managers and attend client meetings as needed.
  • •Act as first point of contact and primary local relationship manager for a subset of inbound client customers.
  • •Prepare customer analysis, proposals, and presentations, including industry and market analysis.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end credit process with Service Delivery, manage day-to-day client activity, and monitor credit risk with timely risk escalation.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience supporting relationship management activity in a client-focused environment.
  • •Ability to manage a subset of client relationships as a primary point of contact.
  • •Use customer research skills to produce clear, well-structured proposals and presentations.
