Location: United States
Workplace: Remote
Employment Type: Full time
Job Function: Product Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the agent platform roadmap end to end across Harness, Code, Eval, Intern, and Desktop from CLI to multi-agent deployments.
  • •Set strategy by defining target users and competitive positioning for each surface and deciding where Ori invests across coding, cloud, and desktop agents.
  • •Move new tools from waitlist to general availability by running private testing, driving partners, dogfooding internally, and instrumenting adoption, retention, and spend.
  • •Make model fungibility real through model switching, provider fallbacks, tool dependency guarantees, org guardrails, and eval-driven model selection across harnesses and surfaces.
  • •Own the agent experience end to end, from install and auth through CLI UX, harness configuration, secrets, connections, and app interfaces.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management or founder experience building developer tools, agent products, or infrastructure for technical users.
  • •A zero-to-one track record taking a product from prototype to paying users, comfortable with ambiguity and tradeoffs.
  • •Daily fluency with coding agents and tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Hermes, OpenCode).
  • •Strong technical judgment: reads code, runs the CLI, inspects traces, and reasons with engineers about agent loops, tool calling, evals, and cost/latency/quality tradeoffs.
  • •Strong product taste for developer tools, with experience shipping technical products where interaction details matter.
