Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide training, development, and education solutions aligned to design requirements and business needs.
  • •Develop, govern, and administer workforce development processes and systems, including LMS records.
  • •Provide instruction, facilitation, and presentations, including orientation support and training workshops as needed.
  • •Identify deliverables, establish timelines and resource allocation, and conduct evaluation measures to determine effectiveness.
  • •Maintain and report training readiness and completion metrics, troubleshoot training systems, and communicate plans and activities with site leadership.
