Sales & Service Manager - Miami Design District

Lead in-store sales and guest experience by partnering with the General Manager to execute the store’s Sales & Service strategy. Oversee the Sales & Service team on the floor, coaching and developing talent while addressing gaps through feedback. Investigate and root-cause sales opportunities, manage budget and key performance metrics, and represent the business in meetings and conference calls. Support effective floor coverage, workforce solutions, and daily client relationship building.
