Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the main point of contact for customer site digital tool issues within the site and with HQ.
•Identify opportunities to improve digital tools and drive continual improvement globally.
•Troubleshoot complex issues using multiple sources of information and data analytics.
•Manage model propagation and dashboard configuration, and monitor signals for short- and long-term trends.
•Provide mentoring on troubleshooting methodologies and support learning of new tools and processes, including BKM modeling techniques.
