Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Media Health Manufacturing activities for Micron’s HBM products, spanning DRAM, interface die, and stacked products.
  • •Develop and validate manufacturing test flows; improve device/stacked yield via reliability-focused circuit debug and optimized test coverage strategy.
  • •Support new product design validation and in-depth circuit verification using CAD tools and Verilog simulations.
  • •Drive yield improvement and cost reduction by resolving manufacturing test flow issues and reducing test time.
  • •Mentor team members and lead cross-functional collaboration; make technical decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors/Masters in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with 7+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
  • •Experience in product engineering (preferred).
  • •Strong leadership and technical skills, including root-cause problem solving using in-depth circuit analysis.
  • •Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools and scripting.
  • •Demonstrated collaboration across teams with strong communication and presentation skills.
