Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a caseload of approximately 150+ claim files involving MTA operations liability, including matters with multiple claimants.
  • •Investigate claims and issue timely reports while completing thorough diary reviews.
  • •Perpetually evaluate reserves for property damage and/or bodily injury claims with exposures of $25,000 or greater (subject to change).
  • •Manage litigation and demonstrate strong organizational skills throughout the claim lifecycle.

Key Requirements
