Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead high-impact operating model and organization design engagements across diverse business entities.
  • •Assess current-state organizational structures and design future-state spans of control, governance, workflows, and decision rights.
  • •Develop standardized frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits for operating model and organization design projects.
  • •Provide executive-level advisory services on strategy, transformation, and organizational effectiveness.
  • •Prepare and deliver presentations, briefing notes, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 12 years of experience in management consulting, with deep expertise in operating models, organization design, PMI, governance, or transformation.
  • •Proven ability to manage large-scale consulting initiatives within complex, multinational organizations.
  • •Strong command of organization design and process improvement methodologies and tools.
  • •Exceptional communication, persuasion, and stakeholder engagement skills, including executive presence.
