Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage interfaces between the project and utilities contractors to support successful procurement, delivery, and commissioning.
  • •Assist delivery of utility contracts from tender through completion with designers, contractors, and the programme team.
  • •Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop plans and schedules for proposed utility works.
  • •Ensure adherence to contractual specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements for high-quality delivery.
  • •Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across enabling and main works, including managing contractor delays, cost overruns, and technical challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in a relevant project management capacity in a complex multidisciplinary environment.
  • •Experience supporting infrastructure and utility works (beneficial).
  • •Experience with quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet required standards.
  • •Ability to gather, document, and analyze project requirements so they align with customer and operational needs.
  • •Degree or 3rd level qualification (NFQ Level 8 or equivalent) in a relevant subject area; APM, SCSI/SCSI, CIOB, IEI or similar.
  • •Ensuring consents, permits, licenses, and legal agreements are completed in a timely manner.
