Key Responsibilities

  • •Enable competitive technology through process and parametric improvements using semiconductor device physics.
  • •Improve process and device performance through characterization, test, design of experiments, data analysis, and simulation.
  • •Own technology parametric performance, including Parametric Cpk improvements and parametric test dispositions with root-cause determination.
  • •Create and review product flow and define/evaluate experiments to improve processes and reduce scrap/outliers.
  • •Lead cross-functional technical discussions to support transfer, development, qualification, and manufacturing of advanced analog and embedded technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively across different functions.
  • •Strong time management skills to deliver on-time project schedules.
