Deliver technical training to biomedical engineers and technicians worldwide, focusing on ZOLL's ventilator portfolio and Acute Care Technology products. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for certifying others, develop courseware, and collaborate with global teams to continuously improve training curricula and delivery across domestic and international programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver hands-on and virtual (web-based, instructor-led) training directly to biomedical engineers and technicians on ventilators, aspirators, defibrillators and other products in ACT portfolio.
•Act as a Subject Matter Expert for certifying others in device operation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
•Create courseware content using online LMS tools, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and multimedia software.
•Manage technical training equipment and tools inventory to ensure logistical needs are met to support training programs.
•Train new hires and assess/certify new trainers domestically and internationally.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in related field (strongly preferred)
•2 years' experience as a technical trainer, service technician, or relevant experience (preferred)
•Prior experience with mechanical ventilators (preferred)
•Prior experience delivering instructor-led and virtual content to customers, public audiences, and internal teams (preferred)
•Background in electronics or clinical/biomedical engineering; excellent documentation, communication and time management skills
