Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Manager Operations in delivering Asset Services to assigned clients, focusing on income and corporate actions within agreed quality, timing, and output targets.
  • •Engage and drive efficiencies and business solutions through automation, acting as an agent of change to remove manual processes.
  • •Support rollout of new products/activities and participate in deployment of defined business solutions to improve the Asset Servicing model.
  • •Support migration/re-migration of funds and participate in department initiatives to support regulatory and compliance requirements and reduce risk.
  • •Act as the primary contact for reconciliation/posting queries for the Country Office and downstream teams, and support internal/external reviews with timely implementation of audit points.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in commerce with relevant funds administration experience, and prior Corporate Actions/Asset Services experience preferred.
  • •Strong understanding of Income and Corporate Actions, including clear knowledge of Capital Markets and financial instruments.
  • •Understanding of the end-to-end Fund Accounting model and basic knowledge of custody, brokerage, depository, investment accounting, mutual funds, and reconciliations.
  • •Working knowledge of ICE/Telekurs/ Bloomberg/Request Builder and related platforms including TLM, ICON, GCS, XCEPTOR, XSP.
  • •Knowledge of cash reconciliation, accounting and pricing, and the corporate action process.
