Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute logistics activities to ensure uninterrupted flow of goods and services required by the organization.
  • •Handle receiving and shipping, including verifying and inspecting incoming materials and documentation, preparing outgoing freight and required labeling/documentation, and complying with customs/export requirements.
  • •Process requisitions and manage inventory tasks such as issuing, picking, packaging, moving materials, and locating/storing inventory in approved areas.
  • •Perform inventory control functions including cycle counting/stocktaking, monitoring stocking levels and shelf life, and maintaining accurate data entry into the Inventory Management System.
  • •Operate delivery vehicles, forklifts and other material handling equipment; maintain housekeeping; support continuous improvement, warehouse reports, and SAP functionality enhancements for logistic efficiencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience performing similar logistics/warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and ability to prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • •Proven warehouse and logistics experience, including inventory control and cycle counting/stocktaking.
  • •Experience using SAP or another ERP system, including previous use of SAP or DRMIS (asset).
  • •Experience with export control and permit application using the EXCOL system.
