Job Summary

Experienced project manager in a complex, operational setting, leading cross-functional optimization initiatives for growth, innovation and productivity. You’ll coordinate Operations, Engineering, IT and Optimization teams, ensure delivery from A to Z with strong focus on scope, timing, risks, and change management, and help professionalize DP World Antwerp’s project management culture.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion with a focus on business impact, innovation and operational improvement
•Be responsible for successful delivery of projects, managing scope, timing and risks, and ensuring results through implementation, adoption and change management
•Coordinate all team members and stakeholders to ensure aligned execution and accountability
•Contribute to the professionalization of DP World Antwerp’s project management culture through coaching, standardization and continuous improvement
•Help build and optimize an efficient project portfolio by prioritizing initiatives in line with business objectives

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in an analytical or business-related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain) with 8-10 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, operations or similar roles
•Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2 or similar) is a strong plus
•Experience in logistics, industry or container operations is a strong plus
•Energetic self-starter who can work independently and in a team, with a critical and analytical mindset
•Fluent in Dutch and English; strong communication and interpersonal skills
