Key Responsibilities

•Provide email marketing strategy to customers and keep them up to date on best practices
•Keep regular contact with key customers, ensuring they’re getting the most out of Hive and updating them on new features
•Nurture and onboard customers and partners, helping them find success with the product
•Listen to customer feedback and decide what’s added to the product roadmap
•Share key findings and trends to identify opportunities for new educational content and guide marketing efforts

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 70,000 - 85,000 annually

•2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role working with customers and building relationships

•Confident, detail-oriented writer who can convey complex concepts clearly and is comfortable using Hubspot or similar CS tools
