Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the Enterprise Architecture (EA) practice, including governance, standards, principles, roadmaps, reporting, and communication.
  • •Lead customer experience architecture for channels and platforms including CRM, loyalty, DAM, CMS, and eCommerce.
  • •Drive technology strategy and platform selection by assessing technologies, business cases, costs, risks, contracts, and fit-for-purpose recommendations.
  • •Align business strategy with technology by translating drivers and operating model requirements into scalable enterprise and solution architectures.
  • •Lead transformation initiatives (e.g., CRM migrations) and portfolio rationalization, including consolidation roadmaps and value/cost-benefit analysis.

  • •Deep expertise in customer experience, business systems, data/integration, application, technology, and information architecture.
  • •Strong business process analysis and delivery capabilities across SDLC, ITSM, Agile/Lean, infrastructure, and EA/ITIL frameworks.
  • •Exceptional leadership and communication skills, including facilitation, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management.
  • •Structured problem-solving and strategic/analytical thinking, with experience modeling holistic enterprise architecture.
  • •10+ years of enterprise architecture experience, including 8+ years leading large enterprise architecture transformation programs; bachelor’s/master’s degree (or equivalent).
