Job Summary

Provide guest-facing lifeguarding and safety support across Miral Experiences’ attractions in Abu Dhabi. Watch water and respond to emergencies while maintaining rescue and basic life support skills to “test ready” levels. Operate rides and attractions as needed, follow ride dispatch and safety procedures, and assist with ongoing training. Work in and around water and at heights in outdoor conditions, with basic spoken English proficiency and a friendly, safety-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure guest, colleague, and contractor safety by watching water and responding to emergencies.
•Operate rides and attractions as required and follow ride dispatch and guest safety procedures.
•Maintain rescue skills and basic life support skills at “test ready” levels and adhere to training standards.
•Work in and around water, at heights, and in extreme outdoor temperatures year-round, including nights, evenings, and holidays.
•Move ride vehicles, equipment, and other items in and out of the park, and perform duties as directed by management.

Key Requirements

•20/25 vision (corrected or uncorrected).
•Swim at least 50 meters non-stop using front crawl or breaststroke.
•Swim underwater at 1.4 meters depth for 3 meters and retrieve a 10-pound brick.
•Maintain test-ready lifeguard skills aligned with the International Lifeguard Training Program.
•Basic spoken English proficiency.
