Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble oil and gas process skids according to engineering drawings, P&IDs, BOMs, and work instructions.
  • •Install and align pumps, valves, gauges, transmitters, regulators, tubing, fittings, and other process equipment.
  • •Read and interpret basic engineering drawings, piping layouts, and P&IDs to ensure correct component placement and flow direction.
  • •Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and precision measuring instruments; install and route stainless steel tubing and piping with leak-free connections.
  • •Conduct pressure testing, leak checks, and basic functional testing; maintain safe, clean work conditions and document completed work as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly, skid fabrication, or oil and gas equipment assembly (preferred).
  • •Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings, mechanical drawings, and P&IDs.
  • •Experience working with pumps, valves, gauges, pressure regulators, tubing, fittings, and basic instrumentation.
  • •Ability to use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and torque tools safely and effectively.
