Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide individual and group therapy to a panel of complex SMI patients
  • •Provide continuous, regular support as patients navigate recovery, both in person and occasionally virtually
  • •Deliver evidence-based care in a holistic, wrap-around care model
  • •Collaborate with patient care teams and behavioral health providers to ensure an integrated, cohesive approach to care
  • •Address medical needs to mitigate negative impacts of social determinants of health

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Active Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts, with active NPI and Medicaid/Medicare enrollment required

  • •Thorough understanding of confidentiality and appropriate documentation standards
