Key Responsibilities

  • •Source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates while keeping stakeholders updated throughout the process.
  • •Learn the product, technical roadmap, and manufacturing reality (takt times, cycle times, throughput, yield) to pitch opportunities credibly to operators.
  • •Translate missing roles into throughput and revenue impact to drive urgency and prioritization with hiring managers.
  • •Build deep trust with operations and program leaders through consistent cadence and delivery of recruiting commitments.
  • •Conduct candidate interviews with judgment, close exceptional talent, and use pipeline/performance data to identify opportunities and improve recruiting momentum.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70 - 80

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of sourcing for technical roles and engaging top-tier talent.
  • •3+ years of client-facing experience working with hiring managers and directors, including taking new requirements and reporting pipeline progress.
  • •Deep fluency in manufacturing engineering, production, and/or supply chain, including recruiting roles like manufacturing engineers, design engineers, purchasers, buyers, and industrial engineers.
  • •Operationally minded approach: identify problems early and bring solutions rather than getting buried in detail.
  • •Strong closing and negotiation skills, including articulating how you’ve closed hard-to-win talent and negotiate offers.
