Job Summary

Own full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for Air Dominance and Strike production roles, partnering with operations and program leaders to define “good” and close exceptional talent. Source, track, and manage candidates end-to-end while translating hiring gaps into throughput and revenue impact. Get fluent in manufacturing realities like takt times, cycle times, throughput, and yield, and use data to improve pipelines, improve processes, and deliver a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates while keeping stakeholders updated throughout the process.
•Learn the product, technical roadmap, and manufacturing reality (takt times, cycle times, throughput, yield) to pitch opportunities credibly to operators.
•Translate missing roles into throughput and revenue impact to drive urgency and prioritization with hiring managers.
•Build deep trust with operations and program leaders through consistent cadence and delivery of recruiting commitments.
•Conduct candidate interviews with judgment, close exceptional talent, and use pipeline/performance data to identify opportunities and improve recruiting momentum.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70 - 80

Key Requirements

•4+ years of sourcing for technical roles and engaging top-tier talent.
•3+ years of client-facing experience working with hiring managers and directors, including taking new requirements and reporting pipeline progress.
•Deep fluency in manufacturing engineering, production, and/or supply chain, including recruiting roles like manufacturing engineers, design engineers, purchasers, buyers, and industrial engineers.
•Operationally minded approach: identify problems early and bring solutions rather than getting buried in detail.
•Strong closing and negotiation skills, including articulating how you’ve closed hard-to-win talent and negotiate offers.
