Analyst will support the Cash and Banking monthly close, performing bank reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis. The role requires collaboration with A/P, Engineering, Product, Sales, Billing, and Legal, working in a hybrid Pune office with a 2:11 PM IST shift, and driving continuous process improvements and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform daily bank reconciliations and post journals; TB upload for foreign subsidiaries to NetSuite.
•Reconcile multiple bank accounts by comparing bank statements with ERP GL balances and resolve reconciling items.
•Record bank-related journal entries (bank charges, interest, FX) and perform month-end closing activities for cash and bank movements.
•Prepare variance explanations and flux analysis for bank-related GL accounts; maintain SOPs for cash and bank processes.
•Drive monthly close by recording journal entries, preparing reconciliations in Blackline, and coordinating audit/tax requests.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline with strong understanding of US GAAP.
•3-5 years of experience in accounting operations, month-end close, and managing complex projects.

•Self-motivated, able to prioritize responsibilities and work under tight deadlines.
•Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP); ERP experience (NetSuite) a bonus.
