Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and maintain the site EH&S management system, including ISO-related certifications, an EH&S roadmap, and regulatory compliance interfaces.
  • •Provide guidance and training to supervisors, managers, and teams on employee health and safety, OSHA compliance, emergency response, and hazard awareness.
  • •Develop and implement programs to improve workplace health (e.g., ergonomics, safe behaviors, hazard identification).
  • •Ensure compliance with state and federal safety/health regulations; liaison with government agencies; maintain OSHA 300 logs and injury/illness metrics.
  • •Steward annual EH&S audits, oversee corrective actions, investigate incidents with root cause analysis, and lead leading-indicator initiatives (near-miss reporting, behavior-based safety, engagement).
