Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee governance activities for affiliate agreements supporting data and analytics services, including monitoring contractual obligations, deliverables, SLA performance, governance scorecards, and opportunities to strengthen oversight.
  • •Partner with Third Party Management, Affiliate Service Provider teams, and stakeholders to evaluate service effectiveness, strengthen governance controls, and mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
  • •Drive adoption of Data Governance Policy, monitor and report adherence across bank domains, and facilitate stewardship and stakeholder forums including executive, committee, and regulatory reporting.
  • •Support stewardship of data across bank data domains by governing sensitive data, information sharing, critical reports/data, data SLAs, user developed applications, enablement zones, data asset inventories, and data risk management.
  • •Develop information governance oversight processes and measurement approaches using audits, peer reviews, and KRIs/KPIs, and prepare gap analysis, education, and recommendations for stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in an information- or risk-related discipline, or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •Minimum 6 years’ experience in information or data related practices (information governance, information management, information architecture, IT, analysis and reporting).
  • •Minimum 2 years’ strong knowledge and ability to create and evolve data development and data engineering processes.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ operational knowledge of risk management and mitigation frameworks.
  • •Experience in governance with modern environments, Big Data, and traditional data warehouse environments supporting data governance and master data management principles.
