Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the link between the main kitchen and residents.
  • •Assist the chefs with plating meals, preparing food trolleys, and keeping all preparation areas clean and tidy.
  • •Monitor stock rotation and follow company policies and procedures, including COSHH and HACCP guidelines.
  • •Assist with catering for special events such as summer BBQs and Christmas parties.
