Job Summary

Drive day-to-day Trust & Safety policy execution for high-engagement Interactions, covering Comments and Direct Messaging. Translate strategic direction into disciplined delivery, owning policy projects from drafting through enforcement design and launch. Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI/ML to turn policy intent into technical, model, and tooling requirements for AI-first moderation, while building metrics (precision/recall, appeals, user impact) and running root-cause analysis to continuously improve.

Job Function: Government Affairs & Public Policy

Key Responsibilities

•Run end-to-end prioritization, intake, and delivery cadence for Interactions work-streams across Comments and DMs.
•Own priority policy projects across Comments and DMs from problem framing through drafting, review, enforcement design, and launch; make defensible calls on ambiguous cases and align stakeholders.
•Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI/ML to translate policy intent into technical, model, and tooling requirements for AI-first moderation, including labelling guidelines and calibration reviews.
•Build and maintain the measurement layer for Interactions policy (coverage, precision/recall, appeals, user-impact indicators) and run root-cause analysis on enforcement gaps.
•Act as the go-to policy partner across Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Legal, and Ops; bridge Comments and DMs workflows through knowledge sharing and consistent operating standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Law, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
•At least 5 years of experience in policy operations, product policy, Trust & Safety, or program management in technology or content moderation sectors.
•Strong understanding of the Trust & Safety ecosystem and major policy domains including Spam, Hate Speech, Harassment, Misinformation, and Abuse/Exploitation.
•Proven track record working with Product, Engineering, and AI/ML teams to translate policy requirements into practical, technical solutions and understand AI-driven moderation tools.
•Proficiency in Chinese and English to collaborate with global partners in Mandarin-speaking markets.
