Own portfolio and pricing strategy to support U.S. Bank enterprise and business line initiatives. •Support the creation and implementation of pricing strategies, including target customer segments, markets, channels, go-to-market approach, and value propositions.
•Gather competitive, customer, market, and internal business priorities to design, develop, and continually optimize solutions that drive adoption and growth.
•Serve as a point of contact for specific segments or portfolios; participate in pricing discussions and negotiations with business line leadership and relationship managers.
•Develop, analyze, monitor, and report performance metrics to identify trends and continuous improvement opportunities using analytics.
•Lead rollout, implementation, and adoption of pricing tools and strategies, including education for sales tools and identification of new applications using existing technology.

•Proven ability to lead cross-functional pricing programs with measurable impact on revenue, rate beta, and customer experience.
