Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain activity plans, task lists, and trackers for SME deliverables.
  • •Coordinate day-to-day readiness activities across testing, training, pre- and post-cutover, and hypercare.
  • •Serve as the primary coordination point between SMEs and Product Group Readiness Leads for execution activities.
  • •Support mobilisation and sequencing of SME sessions to deliver activities in the right order and on schedule.
  • •Track risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate them through the appropriate readiness channels.

Key Requirements

  • •Commitment to the safety of yourself and your team.
  • •Demonstrated experience coordinating readiness, deployment, or transformation activities involving multiple SMEs or site-based stakeholders.
  • •Experience planning, scheduling, and tracking execution activities, including logistics, risks, and dependencies.
  • •Experience working in a matrixed or operational environment, confidently engaging SMEs and escalating issues appropriately.
  • •Hands-on experience working with SAP; project management experience is required.
