Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute, oversee, and validate monthly end-to-end Swiss payroll processing for accuracy, timeliness, and legislative compliance.
  • •Ensure compliance with salary taxability rules by implementing internal controls and corrective actions aligned to audit expectations.
  • •Drive the transition to in-house payroll, including process design, controls implementation, and vendor offboarding where applicable.
  • •Provide expert guidance on complex payroll scenarios involving senior leaders, expatriates, mobility cases, and shadow payroll requirements.
  • •Maintain payroll documentation (SOPs, internal control frameworks) and support internal/external audits by preparing materials and responding to inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Several years of Swiss payroll operations experience, including complex cases and mobility scenarios.
  • •Experience managing transitions between outsourced and in-house payroll models.
  • •Proven expertise in audits, compliance frameworks, and payroll governance.
