Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to optimize Card Member spaces using design as a catalyst for memorable brand experiences.
  • •Manage environmental brand direction and design oversight across all stages, including existing space audit, conceptual design, design development, drawing reviews/submittals, construction/fabrication, and post-construction punch.
  • •Liaise with interior design agency and architect partners on creative briefing, defining project asks, providing direction, creating RFPs, and leading status updates.
  • •Support internal American Express business units with design status updates, planning exercises, and timely deliverables.
  • •Participate in team meetings, reviews, phone calls, and communication between project teams.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of experience in commercial interior design, branded environmental design, or a similar discipline.
