Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and manage the accounting department to ensure accurate, timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with standards and regulations.
  • •Supervise and provide leadership to accounting staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • •Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to protect company assets and maintain data integrity.
  • •Prepare and analyze financial statements and manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and adjustments.
  • •Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulators to support audits, reviews, and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years working experience, including 5 years relevant accounting experience.
  • •Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Strong leadership and team management experience, including supervising accounting staff.
  • •Proficiency with accounting software/ERP systems, with ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Experience preparing financial statements and supporting budgeting and forecasting.
