Job Summary

Provide legal advisory support to Air Arabia and its subsidiaries across contracts, service level agreements, complaints, disputes, and litigation/arbitration matters. Develop and maintain legal and regulatory risk control frameworks, manage regulatory compliance risk, and conduct due diligence and commercial recommendations. Draft, review, and edit contracts and agreements, represent the group with external partners and law firms, and supervise legal case workflow and litigation formalities.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide legal advisory and consultations on risks, law, and regulations, including contracts, service level agreements, complaints, and disputes.
•Develop and maintain legal and regulatory risk control frameworks and processes to support company standards and business objectives.
•Draft, initiate, review, and edit contracts and templates for Air Arabia and subsidiaries with external parties.
•Represent the group with suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, and law firms to support legal and contracting day-to-day activities.
•Supervise litigation formalities and mechanisms, review notices and evidence, follow up on decrees and final decisions, and generate status reports.

Key Requirements

•Qualified lawyer, preferably in commercial or corporate law.
•Bachelor’s degree in law (Masters preferred) from a recognized university.
•7+ years’ experience as a lawyer or legal counsel in a multinational organization or law firm, including at least 3 years in IP (Intellectual Property).
•UAE/Country experience and knowledge of UAE/Country regulations, litigation, and arbitration mechanisms.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint) with excellent business writing and reporting skills.
