Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan daily activities, set objectives, assign tasks, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching on the floor.
  • •Drive the achievement of sales goals through team members, with responsibility for specific departments.
  • •Develop business strategy and action plans based on performance indicators analysis to meet targets.
  • •Support the store team in difficult/complex sales and in managing complaints, while fostering clienteling and loyalty.
  • •Support store management on floor coverage and supervision and collaborate with operations and visual merchandising to improve in-store processes.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion or luxury retail, preferably in a management capacity.
  • •Perfect mastery of Italian and a very good level of English (French or a third language is an advantage).
  • •Strong people management background, including recruitment support and induction/integration of new arrivals.
  • •Proficient with Excel and IT tools.
  • •Exemplary professionalism and leadership presence on the sales floor, with resilience and organization.
