Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the vision and roadmap for bare metal compute, including GPU/CPU offerings, rapid provisioning, and full lifecycle management.
  • •Design end-to-end customer experience for operational failures, including ticketing workflow, escalation paths, and incident-handling processes in partnership with Infrastructure Operations and Customer Support.
  • •Align hardware and software layers to deliver a differentiated bare metal experience.
  • •Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering and infra-ops for provisioning, enhanced observability, and customer self-service capabilities.
  • •Synthesize customer and market feedback with Sales and GTM to set roadmap priorities and represent the strategy to partners and internal executives.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in cloud and computing technology, with 4+ years in product management focused on infrastructure or platform products.
  • •Direct experience at the hardware and firmware level, including working with layers such as BMC (Baseboard Management Controller) and secure boot.
  • •Ability to design and formalize operational processes (support workflows, ticketing, incident handling) for a technical product.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of server hardware, bare metal provisioning, distributed systems, networking, and large-scale fleet operations.
