Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in Corporate & Institutional Banking (e.g., corporate/institutional bank, debt advisory, private credit or other debt capital focused firm).
  • •Confident understanding of core corporate banking products and structures, including bilateral and syndicated lending, trade finance, transactional banking, and treasury solutions.
  • •Strong corporate structuring, credit and analytical capability across the end-to-end credit and risk process, including modeling and analysis of financial statements and forecasts.
  • •Familiarity with APLMA loan documentation and Australian security structures.
  • •Relevant degree in Finance/Business/Accountancy/Law (postgraduate qualifications like Master of Finance, CFA or CPA are well regarded), with ability to develop strong stakeholder relationships.
