Key Responsibilities

  • •Read and review financial statements including tax returns, balance sheets, profit and loss statements, agings, borrowing base certificates, debt schedules, credit bureau reports, rent rolls, lease agreements, and appraisals.
  • •Prepare financial spreads for commercial and real estate businesses, municipalities, non-profits, and direct obligation borrowers or guarantors.
  • •Analyze creditworthiness by spreading historical and projected financials, calculating cash flows and leverage/liquidity ratios, evaluating collateral, conducting borrower/industry research, and identifying risks.
  • •Author comprehensive written credit analysis reports using charts, formulas, graphs, and narrative; evaluate credit quality and recommend risk ratings.
  • •Ensure compliance with regulations and FIB credit policy, support quarterly monitoring, complete covenant testing, and participate in quality control, training, and mentorship.
