Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead military engine proposal teams from pre-RFP through contract award, managing plans, schedules, budgeting, and coordination with internal teams and customers.
  • •Define proposal requirements with U.S. Government entities and oversee fact-finding missions, RFI responses, negotiations, and final sweep processes.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • •8+ years of proposal management or project management experience in U.S. DoD or international military programs; or MA/MS with 5+ years in the same areas.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required to be eligible for a security clearance.
  • •Active security clearance is preferred.
