Job Summary

Lead and govern HR technology solutions (SAP SuccessFactors and related HR systems) for core HR, absence, and time & attendance. Own end-to-end delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive standardised HR solutions across Reckitt while partnering with delivery partners to ensure alignment with enterprise practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the team to effectively deliver and maintain the IT applications in line with business needs.
•Support development of a blueprint to standardise HR solutions within Reckitt to simplify the change process going forward.
•Govern and enforce standardised HR solutions for projects, programmes and continuous improvement initiatives related to HR Systems within Reckitt.
•Identify opportunities to streamline, consolidate or simplify the HR Systems landscape.
•Collaborate with delivery partners to ensure functional designs align with Reckitt practices.
•Lead design workshops to gather requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, produce functional specifications and design.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in managing and implementing HR/Rewards solutions.
•Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central module; knowledge of SuccessFactors Absence module and ServiceNow HRSD is a plus.
•Experience with integrations between SuccessFactors and external payroll and Time & Attendance systems.
•Experience consolidating HR applications, especially T&A, and working with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) and 3rd party providers.
•Ability to lead design workshops, gather requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, produce functional specifications and designs.
