Key Responsibilities

  • •Take full ownership of the RSA operations platform for internal operations management
  • •Lead the end-to-end platform delivery, including workforce planning, process mapping, technology integration, and performance governance
  • •Ensure seamless platform operations aligned with client SLAs, compliance, and operational excellence
  • •Collaborate with technology, HR, training, and compliance teams to ensure readiness and scalability
  • •Oversee day-to-day operations for UK RSA business delivered from UK and Ireland

Key Requirements

  • •10-15 years of experience in platform or operations management, preferably in Roadside Assistance
  • •Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • •Proven experience setting up and managing end-to-end platforms in a high-complexity, client-facing environment operating a 24/7 operation
  • •Experience managing global clients and stakeholders, preferably in the automotive or RSA sector
  • •Strong understanding of performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs), operational analytics, and reporting tools
