Key Responsibilities

•Take full ownership of the RSA operations platform for internal operations management
•Lead the end-to-end platform delivery, including workforce planning, process mapping, technology integration, and performance governance
•Ensure seamless platform operations aligned with client SLAs, compliance, and operational excellence
•Collaborate with technology, HR, training, and compliance teams to ensure readiness and scalability
•Oversee day-to-day operations for UK RSA business delivered from UK and Ireland

Key Requirements

•10-15 years of experience in platform or operations management, preferably in Roadside Assistance
•Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
•Proven experience setting up and managing end-to-end platforms in a high-complexity, client-facing environment operating a 24/7 operation
•Experience managing global clients and stakeholders, preferably in the automotive or RSA sector
•Strong understanding of performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs), operational analytics, and reporting tools
