Job Summary

Serve as a consultative Principal Solutions Architect for Docker’s most important customers, guiding both pre- and post-sales technical motions. Lead high-priority technical engagements to accelerate customers’ container and AI journeys, build engagement plans, run rapid prototyping, and deliver custom demos and enablement content. Partner with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Post Sales, and Product to translate customer goals into workflow and feature alignment, providing actionable feedback to engineering.

•Engage with customer and internal teams to gather technical/business goals and create engagement plans across Docker offerings.
•Oversee design-partner rapid prototyping engagements to validate customer-product fit for new use cases.
•Deliver custom demos, enablement, and best-practices content for audiences from developers to C level.
•Act as a field technical leader by gathering feedback, coordinating requests with product/engineering, and serving as customer zero for new functionality.

•Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers, DevOps, and modern application architectures.
